Til Quadflieg, M.A.
Til has several years of experience as an IP lawyer. He worked in two of Germany’s and Europe’s leading IP law firms. His experience comprises the full scope of Intellectual Property, especially national and cross-border patent litigation (including nullity proceedings) and out-of-court assessment of possible claims under patent law (e.g. in the field of internet technology), unfair competition law (including pharmaceutical advertising), enforcing and managing German, European and international trademarks, as well as design and copyright litigation. Also, he is qualified in the field of know-how protection. Furthermore, Til’s interest focuses on the future pan-European Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court. Along with his law studies, Til obtained a full degree in philosophy (M.A.) – according to his conviction that thinking outside the box may assist in achieving good solutions.
