boesling IP is growing by a new parter: Inga George joined our legal team with effect of 01.01.2016.
Inga joins from the Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle, one of Germany’s leading IP law firms, where she worked with the renowned trademark litigation practice since 2011. Before, she worked as an IP lawyer with a local law firm in Düsseldorf.
Inga has longstanding experience as an IP lawyer covering all aspects of IP rights enforcement, in particular national and cross-border litigation, developing and implementing worldwide trademark and design protection strategies, portfolio management (including trademark clearance, filing, opposition and cancellation proceedings) as well as the negotiation of all kinds of contracts related to IP rights, such as IP licensing and transfer agreements.
A special focus of Inga’s practice is design and copyright law.
